1. Never touch workpieces and cutting tools directly with hands

1.Do not clear metal chips with bare hands. Only use iron hooks or brushes.

2.Keep hands away from the rotating cutter head. Do not adjust materials until the machine stops completely.

3.Never start the machine before the workpiece is firmly clamped.

2. Never feed materials in violation of operating rules

1.Do not push short workpieces into the cutting edge by hand.

2.Avoid pushing workpieces diagonally or hitting them violently.

3.Do not process multiple pipes stacked together to prevent workpieces from bouncing out and causing injury.

3. Never operate the machine with faults

1.Stop working immediately if the machine vibrates severely, the cutter becomes loose or the fixture slips.

2.Do not turn on the machine if there is electric leakage or missing protective cover.

3.Do not start processing when air pressure or oil pressure is insufficient.

4. Never maintain or clean the machine while it is running

1.Do not open the protective cover until the machine comes to a full stop.

2.No wiping the machine, adjusting cutters or tightening screws without shutting down the equipment.

3.Do not reach over rotating parts to pick up fallen workpieces.

5. Never overload or process out-of-spec materials

1.Do not process pipes beyond the machine’s specified diameter and wall thickness range.

2.Do not cut solid high-hardness steel forcibly to avoid broken cutters flying out.

3.Do not arbitrarily increase rotating speed or cutting depth.

6. Other prohibitions

1.No operation after drinking alcohol or when fatigued. Do not get distracted during work.

2.Do not wear gloves, loose sleeves or scarves. Long hair must be covered with a work cap.

3.Keep the workbench clear of sundries. Only one person is allowed to operate one machine.

Do not stand facing the cutting opening to avoid injuries caused by rebounding workpieces.
