This equipment suits small workpieces ranging from φ1 mm to φ35 mm, including screws, pins, sleeves, rivets, copper and aluminum connectors and small shaft sleeves, for internal/external hole chamfering, end face chamfering and deburring.It is widely applied in fastener, auto parts, precision hardware, electronic hardware, pneumatic and plumbing component industries.It is an ideal choice for mass production of single-specification workpieces. It replaces manual feeding and ensures stable machining consistency.It is not suitable for frequent product changeover, extra-long workpieces, thin easily-deformed parts, scratch-sensitive high-gloss workpieces and easily-tangled special-shaped parts.
Three Sets of Supporting Solutions
1.Basic Economic Solution
Consists of chamfering main unit, customized vibratory bowl, linear feeder, photoelectric detector, simple hopper and material receiving box. It runs independently with manual regular feeding and fits customers with limited budgets.
2.Standard Mass Production Solution (Most Widely Adopted)
Complete basic configuration equipped with PLC touch screen, cutting fluid spraying system, scratch-resistant PU coated bowl, jam and low-material alarm device and iron scrap collector. It supports long-time continuous processing of steel, stainless steel and aluminum workpieces.
3.High-end Automated Connecting
SolutionBased on standard configuration, it is added with elevator feeder, finished product conveyor, piece counter and misoriented workpiece rejection mechanism. It can be connected with cleaning and sorting equipment to realize low-labor manufacturing.

Selection Tips
Install orientation sorting structure for workpieces; keep feeding speed matched with machining cycle; adopt vibration damping measures to prevent interference with surrounding precision equipment.
