Step 1 (Safety Priority, machine POWER OFF)
1.Wear safety goggles to protect eyes from flying metal chips. Do not wear gloves when operating rotating cutters to avoid entanglement. Wear close-fitting work clothes.
2.Make sure the machine power is disconnected. Clear metal scraps and debris on the worktable.
3.Check: safety guards are firmly installed; power cable intact; cutter head/blades without looseness or chipping; emergency stop button works normally.
Do not power on first! Never adjust tools with the machine running.
Full Standard Operating Sequence
1.Wear PPE and complete safety inspection with power off
2.Confirm required chamfer size (C value) and angle per drawing; fit proper blades
3.Adjust chamfer angle and cutting depth, tighten all adjusting screws
4.Securely clamp the workpiece to prevent shaking or collision
5.Ensure no personnel near rotating areas, then connect power supply
6.Run machine idle for 30 seconds, check abnormal vibration or reverse rotation
7.Test cut on scrap material, measure chamfer dimension and fine-tune depth; start formal production after qualification
Critical Safety Rules for Beginners
1.Power off the machine when adjusting tools, removing chips or replacing blades.
2.Keep hands away from the feeding path of rotating cutters.
3.Press emergency stop immediately if abnormal noise or jamming occurs.
